A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Tapiwa brings over 12 years of hands-on experience in audit, tax consulting, and business advisory. His career has focused on empowering entrepreneurs with strategic tax planning, business structuring, and financial insight tailored to their operations. With a reputation for delivering actionable advice and driving sustainable growth, Tapiwa is passionate about helping businesses navigate the complexities of compliance, cash flow, and long-term planning in South Africa’s dynamic regulatory environment.

Ezekiel Manema is a Business Development Specialist at Pinacle Accounting Solutions, where he merges deep expertise in information systems, ICT, and emerging technologies with a strong financial background. He is also a member of Institute of Certified Tax Accountants (Zimbabwe). Ezekiel has over a decade of experience spanning development finance, compliance, and fund management across multicultural NGOs in Latin America, Europe, South, and West Africa, Ezekiel brings global insight and adaptability to every project. He is particularly skilled in web platform optimization, AI integration, and ensuring digital infrastructures align with organizational strategy.

Patience Duvai Acc Dip ACCA, Tax Technician SAIT

Founder/ Tax Manager

Patience Duvai joined Pinacle Accounting Solutions in March 2020 and serves as the firm's Tax Manager. She holds an ACCA Accounting Diploma and is a registered Tax Technician with SAIT. Patience specializes in South African taxation and company secretarial services, offering businesses a client-centric, innovative approach to managing tax obligations. Known for her precision, professionalism, and ability to simplify complex tax matters, she stays consistently updated on tax legislation and policy changes.
